Thaddeus' journey as an educator includes everything from Pre-K teacher and summer camp counselor to corporate trainer and "mission commander."  Review of his experinces highlight three exciting challenges: curiosity, engagement, and technology.

Thaddeus is drawn to projects that challenge him to be inquisitive and explore new skills.  But more importantly, the opportunity to inspire and excite learners to let their curiosity guide learning.

As a child, Thaddeus was completely engaged by The Muppets, The Magic School Bus, Fractured Fairytales, and Schoolhouse Rock. They all use humor, whimsy, and surprise, which is likely the inspiration for themes found sprinkled in his products.

His happy place is the intersection of learning and technology. But tech for tech's sake is not his goal. He applies and aligns technology to improve success in achieving client outcomes and meeting learner needs.

After several mentors' urging, Thaddeus launched Uraffa Learning.
