Uraffa creates engaging experiences that focus on the learner

We partnered with Uraffa for our Donor Holiday Party to create a custom, interactive trivia experience developed from the ground up. The activity was designed to engage our guests while educating them about the depth and breadth of the CSO’s community outreach programming.

We created an online course, the completion of which prepares students to perform at the beginner levels in the sport of CanineFreestyle DogWork

An experienced educator and learner, Thaddeus made the assets we provided (text, videos, photos, and diagrams) easy for learners to understand and engaging to make the learning fun. He was careful to consider the previous experiences of our students. He was careful to use more than one mode of learning whenever possible in order to leave no one out.

Thaddeus' ability to solve challenges is amazing. Whether it was finding the right visual aid to define areas on the performance floor or using AI to repair glitches in the video so as not to require bringing the "talent" back into the recording studio, nothing seemed to faze him. If he didn't know how to do it right now, he researched and mastered it to benefit the project.

Thaddeus creates and works according to a carefully considered timeline. He shares the plan with the client and makes the client's responsibilities clear. He HELPS the client do their part if necessary. Thaddeus often completed his "next step" before I completed mine.

We developed a structure and guided process for leading a candle-making workshop.

Thaddeus was thorough in his discovery process of finding out who we are as a company and what we hoped to achieve. In doing so, he was able to look at our current onboarding/training materials with an informed lens, which allowed him to quickly identify gaps in our current content as well as provide creative and engaging opportunities to improve our learning materials. 

Thaddeus provided engagement examples that were specific to our teams needs and working style. We have a lot of engineers who work with us, so he brought forward ideas and solutions that would work well with that audience and their specific needs.
