After an extended stay in the Vanderbilt University Medical Center's ICU, my mother was receiving home-based occupational therapy. The staff provided exercises copied from Cheryl Hall's Occupational Therapy TOOLKIT (2018). This is probably a great tool for trained staff, but patients (especially those suffering from cognitive issues) can have difficultly consistently and accurately completing the tasks.
